We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 20 days of receiving your order for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required for all returns.

To Return:

1. Email us at info@avemariadanceacademy.com to initiate your return. Please indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return in your email.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your package.

3. Please securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and credited back to your original payment method.  

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.  

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
